The third round of the FIM Supermoto World Championship at the Busca International Circuit was another important step forward for the Jiesute Vertemati Factory Racing Team.

Throughout the weekend, the team worked relentlessly to continue the development of the project, focusing on improving the bike setup and helping Michael gain confidence on a demanding and highly competitive track.

From the first practice sessions, Michael demonstrated a positive approach and a strong determination to improve. Despite facing experienced world-class riders and a highly competitive field, he continued to make progress throughout the weekend, reducing the gap and improving his pace session after session.

The races were characterized by intense battles and close competition. Michael fought hard in every lap, giving his maximum effort and showing the fighting spirit that has always distinguished the Vertemati name in international racing. While the final results did not fully reflect the hard work carried out by the team, P13 in race 1 and P15 in race 2.

The support received from fans, partners and sponsors throughout the event was another source of motivation for the entire team, especially during the team's home race in Italy. Competing in front of a home crowd made the weekend even more special and reinforced the determination to keep pushing forward.

The next round of the FIM Supermoto World Championship will be another opportunity to continue this growth path and build on the progress achieved so far during the 2026 season, see you in Vysoke Myto on 11/12 July.

#44 Michael Vertemati

It wasn't the weekend I was hoping for. The team gave it their all, providing me with a great bike, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the speed and pace I had aimed for. We know what we need to work on, and we'll make sure to be ready for next GP.

Josef Vertemati, Team Manager

It was a tough weekend for Michael, as he couldn't match the speed he had during the test. However, we know what to focus on to improve. Over the next few weeks, we'll work hard to get Michael fighting for the top ten. The team is already fully focused on the next race in Vysoke Myto.
